Chelsea finished the first half of the Champions League quarter-final second leg, leading with a clean goal, scored by Englishman Mason Mount in the 15th minute.
Real Madrid managed to win by three goals against a goal, in the first leg, which was held at “Stamford Bridge”, the stronghold of the Blues.
Al-Maringi seeks to confirm its superiority over Chelsea, and to move towards the semi-finals of the competition.
Mason Mount became the second English player to score against Real Madrid in two different editions of the Champions League, after David Beckham, while he was with Manchester United.
Mount also became the third Englishman to score at Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu, after Alan Smith in 2001 and Danny Welbeck in 2013.
